This earthy, woody scent with an enchanting floral top note takes inspiration from Dorset’s ancient woodlands. Essential oils and pigments harvested from the wood and roots of the Sandalwood tree and the Dyer's alkanet plant bestow a truly wildwood character.
SHAMPOO BAR
Moisturizing avocado, olive and coconut oils combine to create a nutrient and antioxidant rich lather which conditions and protects your hair. British seashells — known for their natural antibacterial and purifying qualities — give texture for a beach-hair feel. It's a unique blend of natural ingredients that cleanse, hydrate and nourish from follicle to tip.
INGREDIENTS
Sodium olivate (olive oil), Sodium cocoate (coconut oil), Sodium sunflowerseedate (sunflower oil), Aqua, Glycerin (naturally occurring), Sodium avocadoate (avocado oil), Sodium beeswax (beeswax), Scallop shell powder, Clay, Santalum album (sandalwood oil), Citrus bergamia (bergamot peel oil), Alkanna tinctoria (alkanet root extract), Linalol, Limonene.
Please note where we use natural oils, essential oils and clays in our handmade soaps there can be variation in colour and texture from bar to bar.
MADE FOR HAIR AND BODY
For best results rinse your hair and create a soapy lather by applying the shampoo bar directly to your scalp and hair, or by rubbing the bar between your hands. Massage the lather into your hair as you would a normal shampoo, then rinse thoroughly. Conditioner can be applied afterwards.
For some people it can take a few washes to transition to shampoo bars, especially if you're used to synthetic mass-produced shampoos. This is because our shampoo bars don't strip your hair of their natural oils, but work with them. So your hair might feel slightly oily, dry or frizzy to start with, but give it a couple of weeks and hopefully it will work wonders for you too!

ALLERGY ADVICE
Our soap contains processed seashells, should you have an allergy to shellfish you could be allergic to our soap
Bergamot & Sandalwood 100g
There are several groups of shellfish, including Crustaceans (e.g. crab, lobster, shrimp) and Molluscs, such as Bivalves (e.g. mussels, oysters), Gastropods (e.g. limpets, snails), and Cephalopods (e.g. squid, octopus). While some people are allergic to all shellfish, others are only allergic to certain groups. The most common allergic reaction is, for instance, to Crustaceans. The allergy is a response to the proteins contained in the flesh of the shellfish.
We use scallop shells in our soap, which are part of the bivalve group of molluscs. While a thorough cleaning process helps to remove visible remnants of where the allergens are contained, there could still be traces of the shellfish allergen contained in our soap. If you have an allergy to shellfish we recommend that you avoid using our products or consult an allergist
